Our Story
We are accountants who have a passion for serving. Our mission is to “Provide certainty to an uncertain world,” one client at a time. We enjoy helping people understand and solve their accounting and tax problems, which often cause worry and confusion.
We believe that a CPA should be an asset, not just an expense. Our goal is to provide lasting value to our clients through tax savings, advice, and education. We studied tax code for years to create strategies that help clients save money and keep it for themselves.
Elevated CPA was founded by Zach Roth, a Colorado native who wanted to provide Northern Colorado with a modern, full-service CPA firm. Zach holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master's degree from Colorado State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant with years of experience in both public and private industry accounting.
In an industry constantly looking to cut costs by outsourcing work overseas or utilizing low-cost remote workers, we chose to be different. Our entire staff is local and works from our physical location in Windsor, Colorado.

Zachary Roth, CPA
Colorado Registered CPA (CO Firm License # CPA.9036973)
Zach is the Founder of Elevated CPA. A Colorado native, he resides in Windsor with his wife and two children, where they are actively involved in their community. Zach holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado, a Master's degree from Colorado State University, and is a Colorado Registered CPA. He is driven to serve his community through excellent service, advice, and tax work, and enjoys spending time in the woods, riding horses, and traveling with his family.
De De Guillory-Chavez, EA
Enrolled Agent (EA) since 1999
De De earned her Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting from San Diego State University and has been an Enrolled Agent since 1999. She utilizes her extensive accounting and tax experience to provide tax, cost accounting, forensic accounting, and expert witness services. Outside the office, you'll find De De tackling DIY home improvement projects, reading a mystery novel, or enjoying time with her family.
Angel Vion, EA
Enrolled Agent (EA)
Angel earned her Bachelor's degree in Business and Accounting from Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, CA, and achieved her Enrolled Agent license thereafter. She prepares tax returns for individuals and businesses with many years of tax experience. Angel enjoys hiking, camping, reading, and spending time with her family.
Diane Hall, CPA
Certified Public Accountant
Diane holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado and has 21 years of experience as a tax return preparer for business and individual returns. She values time with family and friends, and quilting, hiking, biking, skiing, and traveling keep her busy after tax season.
Michelle Quinn
Michelle has over a decade of experience in both private and public accounting, providing expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation. She especially enjoys working with small business owners and helping them feel confident in their financial processes. Michelle is also a co-owner of a women's fitness studio and loves traveling, camping, and off-roading with her husband and children.
Tiabria Smith
Tiabria has a wealth of accounting experience across multiple industries, specializing in bookkeeping and tax preparation. She loves spending time with her son, cooking, baking, and reading, and is also an avid kickboxer who enjoys watching sports.
Kathy Friedly
Certified Public Notary
Kathy is an experienced administrative assistant and certified public notary with a strong background in office management and support. She excels at organizing schedules, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Outside of work, Kathy loves spending time with her three daughters, golfing, going to concerts, and reading.
